The permanent or temporary Committees are established by the Departmental Council with the purpose of carrying out specific preliminary or consulting activities on general topics or regarding certain issues determined by the Council itself.

The Committees are appointed through Council resolutions which determine their composition and tasks.

Whenever necessary, experts who do not belong to the Departmental Council may participate in the tasks carried out by the Committee. These external experts will be appointed by the Council, but will not have the right to vote.
